From the 3rd to the 8th August, the International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST) will be held at the Auditorium Palau de Congressos, organised by IRTA (Institute for Research and Agro-Food Technology).

It is the most important conference on a global scale on science and technology in the meat sector and will bring together experts from more than 30 countries in Girona.
The aim of ICoMST is to improve cooperation and the exchange of scientific information between academic and industrial researchers in the field of meat science and technology.
