The Girona City Convention Bureau will advise and assist you with presenting the candidacy application. We have the following material available for presenting candidacies for Girona to host your event:

  • Institutional letter supporting the candidacy
  • Presentation of Girona as a city of congresses
  • Promotional video of Girona
  • Customised candidacy document (printed or digital format) with full details of the city’s accommodation, restaurants, tourist information, transport connections, etc..

In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, services of the information society and electronic commerce (LSSI), the undersigned hereby authorizing Auditorium and Conference Centre Girona include data signer on your computer files for the purposes of general administrative management, sending information on their activities and the marketing of its own products and services or partners of the Auditorium and Conference Centre. If you wish, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification and opposition contacting in writing to the Auditorium and Conference Centre in Girona.
