The building is situated in Devesa Park, the city's green lung and a protected area with over 2,000 hundred-year-old trees.

Inaugurated in 2006, the most important venue of its kind in the province of Girona belongs to the new generation of 21st-century conference centres. Designed by a renowned team of architects, the building is perfect for holding all types of conferences, congresses, conventions, exhibitions, fairs and meetings. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, its event rooms boast natural light and are finished in wood.

Versatility of the rooms
Inside the building there are three auditoriums with capacity for 1,236, 362 and 178 people, respectively, and 13 parallel rooms equipped with the very latest technology. The centre also has a main hall, exhibition room and terrace, all of them suitable for commercial exhibits and catering. In addition, it adjoins the Fira de Girona trade fair centre. The two buildings are connected by an overhead passageway that enables both spaces to be used simultaneously, providing a total area of more than 9,000 m².
